The hall can be booked in its entirety, or there is flexibility in using the main hall with adjoining rooms and kitchen.

Main Hall

The large Main Hall  measures 15.2m  x 8m and is 4m high. It has a semi-sprung floor and enough space for sporting activities such as short mat bowls.

The raised stage has its own side entrances and changing
facilities.

The Main Hall can seat up to 150 seated,or 100 with tables

Stage

Open to the main hall, hidden access to store/changing room. Can be closed off from the main hall by curtains. 4.2m x 8m.

Exhibition / Meeting Room

The Exhibition Area at the side of the Hall provides an attractive setting for displays by artists and photographers, with doors to the outside and to the main hall. The exhibition area measures  5.2m  x 4m.

Committee Room

For smaller meetings, the Committee Room accommodates 30 (closely seated) or
25 with tables. The room measures 7.5m x 4.2 m

Kitchen

Accessed through the entrance corridor with service hatch to the main hall (can be closed by shutter), outside door to covered patio area. Good kitchen facilities including commercial dishwasher, kettles, cups and saucers, cutlery, cooker, microwave, fridge and sinks. 5.8m x 3.9m. The modern kitchen facilities, management and safety has been reflected in a 5-star rating awarded to Leigh Village Hall Lunch Club who are regular users of the hall and kitchen

Covered Patio

A paved area leading off from the main hall with glass roof and walls to three sides. Offers good outside space when weather permits. 8m x 3.8m.

Beyond the covered patio, is a paved/gravel area to the rear of the building which benefits from full sun in good weather. Ideal area for outside activities, marquees etc. Light vehicles can also access this area. 25m x 4m.

Parking

Parking for 72 cars just to the rear of the building. Limited mobility spaces directly by the main entrance. Hard standing area allows close vehicle access to the main hall.

Furniture and Equipment

18 tables (182 x 65cm), 150 chairs and 12 card/occasional tables plus tablecloths.
