A family with roots both in China and USA are faced with losing their Grandmother

A moving and witty tale of culture clashes, of tragedy and of joy. Ultimately coming together into a satisfying bittersweet banquet of a movie.

Won Two Golden Globes and a Bafta, and the prize for Audience Favourite at the Sundance Festival.

Beer and wine is available by the glass, for some social time before the programme starts at 7:30 with a short film. Then, following an interval during which glasses are refreshed and choc ices will be on sale, the main feature begins.
